Single-width paving method for large-thickness cement stabilized macadam subbase
The invention discloses a single-width paving method of a large-thickness cement stabilized macadam subbase layer. The method comprises the following steps: 1) construction preparation before paving; preparing materials, leveling on site, measuring and setting out, and arranging an enclosure structure; the raw materials during material preparation comprise cement, gravel aggregate and a stabilizing additive; 2) mixing and transporting the raw materials; metering equipment is debugged before mixing, and 6-8 mixed material piles are formed in a carriage of a transport vehicle during transportation so as to reduce segregation of mixed materials in the loading process; (3) paving and compacting on site; the paving thickness of the mixed material is 45-48 cm, the whole-thickness and single-width one-time paving is adopted, and the uniform speed and continuity are kept during the paving; the thickness of the compacted subbase layer is 32 cm, and four rounds of compaction operation including primary compaction, secondary compaction, secondary compaction and final compaction are carried out in total; 4) preserving the subbase layer; watering and film covering are adopted for curing, and traffic is kept closed during curing. The macadam subbase layer is less in segregation, the integrity and the flatness are guaranteed, and the construction efficiency and the construction quality are improved.
本发明公开了一种大厚度水泥稳定碎石底基层的单幅摊铺方法,包括:1)摊铺前的施工准备;备料、现场平整、测量放样、围护结构设置;备料时的原材料包括水泥、碎石集料以及稳定添加剂;2)原材料拌和及运输;拌和前调试计量设备,运输时在运输车的车厢内形成6‑8个拌和料堆,以减少拌和料在装料过程中产生的离析;3)现场摊铺和压实;拌和料的摊铺厚度为45‑48cm,采用整厚、单幅整宽一次性摊铺,摊铺时保持匀速、连续;压实后的底基层厚度为32cm,共进行“首压、二压、再压和末压”的四轮次压实作业;4)底基层养生;采用洒水覆膜养生,养生期间保持交通封闭。本发明碎石底基层离析少,保证了整体性和平整度,提高了施工效率和施工质量。
