The invention provides a pavement asphalt mixture quality control method. The method comprises the following steps: controlling the quality of raw materials; low-temperature construction control; segregation quality control; a transverse joint is prevented from being cut by a cutting machine and is manually removed and aligned by an air pick before the construction is completed and the temperature is not completely reduced on the same day, and the cutting surface is too flush and is not favorable for being combined with the next paving surface; when the paver is preheated before paving of the next paving section, an ironing plate of the paver can be seated at the position of the transverse joint, the ironing plate is used for heating the joint, and a cold joint is changed into a hot joint. By modifying the eagle-shaped blade device on the paver, aggregate segregation of the steel slag and asphalt mixture in the paving process is solved to the maximum extent, and the construction quality is ensured; and the surface of the structural layer is flat and compact, and is free of oil shortage, looseness, cracks, obvious segregation and the like.
本发明提供一种路面沥青混合料质量控制方法，包括：原料质量控制；低温施工控制；离析质量控制；接缝处理：横向接缝应避免采用切割机进行切割，应在当天施工完成温度未完全降低前人工采用风镐刨除找齐，切割面太齐不利于与下一摊铺面之间结合；下一摊铺段落摊铺前摊铺机预热时，可将摊铺机熨平板坐在横向接缝处，利用熨平板对接缝位置进行加热，变冷接缝为热接缝。本发明通过改装摊铺机上的鹰形叶片装置，最大限度解决钢渣沥青混合料在摊铺过程中的骨料离析，确保施工质量；且结构层表面平整密实，无乏油、松散、裂缝和明显离析等现象。
