The invention relates to the technical field of bridge prefabrication and assembly, and discloses a bridge full-prefabricated lower structure which comprises a prefabricated pile and a combined bearing platform, the combined bearing platform comprises a prefabricated bearing platform body and a prefabricated pile cap, the prefabricated bearing platform body is provided with a prefabricated pile cap groove, and the prefabricated pile cap groove is used for placing the prefabricated pile cap; a grouting material is poured into a gap between the prefabricated pile cap groove and the prefabricated pile cap, an open groove is formed in the bottom of the prefabricated pile cap, a prefabricated pile open hole is formed in a bottom plate of the prefabricated bearing platform body and used for driving a prefabricated pile into the open groove, and the grouting material is poured into a gap between the prefabricated pile open hole and the prefabricated pile. The prefabricated pier is installed through the prestressed tendons, one ends of the prestressed tendons are anchored to the bottom of the prefabricated bearing platform body, the other ends of the prestressed tendons are anchored to the top of the pier, and the gap between the prefabricated pile cap and the prefabricated bearing platform covers the prefabricated pile driving deviation, so that the problem that the prefabricated bearing platform is not easy to install due to poor prefabricated pile driving precision is solved; and therefore, reliable and quick connection of the fully-prefabricated and assembled lower structure is realized.
