The invention discloses an accurate incremental launching construction method for a curved steel box girder crossing an existing high speed, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, constructing a temporary buttress along a designed incremental launching line, and installing an incremental launching device on the temporary buttress; hoisting the curved steel box girder to the temporary buttress; hoisting a front guide beam to the front of the pushing direction of the curved steel box beam, and connecting the front guide beam with the curved steel box beam; the tail beam is hoisted to the rear portion of the pushing direction of the curved steel box beam, and the tail beam is connected with the curved steel box beam; the curved steel box girder is pushed forward through a pushing device until the front end of the curved steel box girder crosses the existing high speed to a preset position; a slideway is installed on the temporary buttress, a traction device is installed on the offset side of the curved steel box girder, and the traction device is connected with the curved steel box girder; starting a traction device to pull the curved steel box girder to slide to a designed position along the slide way; and dismantling the temporary buttress, the slideway, the traction device and the pushing device. The method has the effect of improving the construction efficiency and the positioning precision of the curved steel box girder crossing the existing high speed.
