The prefabricated square pile has the beneficial effects that the structural steel is reserved in the prefabricated square pile, so that the integrity after the prefabricated square pile and a cast-in-place structure are overlapped is improved, the stress of the whole structure is improved, the structural size can be effectively reduced, and the manufacturing cost is saved; an externally-pasted waterproof belt and a reserved waterproof connector are arranged in a prefabricated square pile, and the externally-pasted waterproof belt and the reserved waterproof connector and a waterproof roll of a cast-in-place side wall form an externally-wrapped waterproof structure.
