Integrated construction method for static-load pile head of cast-in-situ bored pile
The invention discloses an integrated construction method for a static-load pile head of a cast-in-situ bored pile, which comprises the following steps: step 1, carrying out concrete pouring construction on a pile body of the cast-in-situ bored pile, and then hoisting a pile head reinforcement cage to the upper part of the pile body to be welded and fixed with the upper end of a pile body reinforcement; hoisting a steel casing with a slurry overflow port, and sleeving the steel casing outside the pile head reinforcement cage in a spacing manner; 2, before the concrete of the pile body is solidified, a constructor cleans redundant concrete at the position of a slurry overflowing opening and the top of the pile body till fresh stones leak out of the concrete, and the cleaning height is not smaller than 500 mm; 3, a reinforcing mesh of the static load pile head is installed in the pile head reinforcing cage, and then a bamboo plywood is used for blocking a grout overflow opening in the steel casing; and 4, the steel pile casing is directly used as a pile head formwork for pile head concrete pouring, and after pile head concrete is solidified, overall static load pile head construction is completed. According to the method, synchronous construction of the pile body and the pile head of the cast-in-place pile can be achieved, and the purposes of less mechanical equipment, less manual operation, rapidness and economy are achieved.
本发明公开了一种钻孔灌注桩静载桩头的一体化施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,灌注桩桩体混凝土浇筑施工,后吊装桩头钢筋笼至桩体上方与桩体钢筋上端焊接固定;再吊装带有溢浆口的钢护筒,使之间隔套装在桩头钢筋笼外部;步骤2,桩体混凝土凝固前,施工人员清理溢浆口处以及桩体顶部的多余混凝土,直至清理至混凝土外漏新鲜石子,且清理高度不少于500mm;步骤3,在桩头钢筋笼内安装静载桩头的钢筋网片,再利用竹胶板对钢护筒上的溢浆口进行封堵;步骤4,直接利用钢护筒作为桩头模板进行桩头混凝土浇筑,桩头混凝土凝固后完成整体静载桩头施工。该方法能够实现灌注桩桩身和桩头同期施工,达到机械设备少、人工作业少且快速经济的目的。
