The invention discloses a prefabricated prestressed hollow anti-floating pile with an expanded head and a construction method of the prefabricated prestressed hollow anti-floating pile. The prefabricated prestressed hollow anti-floating pile comprises a prefabricated prestressed hollow pile body, a prefabricated pile shoe and an inner ramming pipe. The bottom end of the hollow pile uses a tie steel bar as a guide rod for sinking of the pile shoe, and the prefabricated pile shoe can continuously sink along the guide rod; the A-type inner ramming pipe is inserted into the hollow of the hollow pile, and the prefabricated pile shoe is pressed downwards to form a temporary cavity at the pile end; hard concrete is poured into the hollow pile inner core, and the B-type inner ramming pipe presses the hard concrete till the hard concrete is diffused to form an expanded head. According to the prefabricated uplift pile, single-section construction is adopted, the tensile bearing capacity of a single pile is high, pile sinking can be directly carried out after the whole prefabricated uplift pile is transported to a construction site, the site construction efficiency is high, and the durability of an expanded head connector is good; during construction, soil attached to the steel tie bars can be synchronously removed, and the steel bars which may be bent in the pile sinking process are straightened.
本发明公开了一种带有扩大头的预制预应力空心抗浮桩及其施工方法,它包括预制预应力空心桩、预制桩靴和内夯管;空心桩底端利用拉结钢筋作为桩靴下沉的导杆,预制桩靴可沿导杆继续下沉;A型内夯管插入空心桩的空心中,将预制桩靴向下压出在桩端形成临时空腔;通过空心桩内芯灌入干硬性混凝土,B型内夯管将干硬性混凝土压至扩散形成扩大头。本发明的预制抗拔桩均采用单节施工,单桩抗拉承载力高,整体运输到工地后可直接沉桩,现场施工效率高,扩大头接头处的耐久性好;施工时可同步对附着在拉结钢筋上的的泥土进行清除,并对沉桩过程中可能弯曲的钢筋进行调直。
