The invention relates to the technical field of underwater pile foundation reinforcement, in particular to an underwater pile foundation reinforcement device and an underwater pile foundation reinforcement construction method thereof. Comprising a plurality of sheet shells; the plurality of sheet shells are spliced in the circumferential direction to form an annular integral ring shell; the contact positions of two adjacent sheet shells are connected in an inserted mode through the male connector and the female connector in the vertical direction. Arc-shaped grooves are formed in the contact positions of the adjacent sheet shells; the arc-shaped grooves in the adjacent sheet shells are correspondingly arranged; an arc-shaped rack is connected into the arc-shaped groove in a sliding manner; an upper rotating groove communicated with the arc-shaped groove is formed in the sheet shell; a rotating shaft is rotationally connected into the upper rotating groove; according to the underwater pile foundation reinforcing device, the arc-shaped racks are driven to be inserted into the adjacent arc-shaped grooves, so that the multiple piece shells form an annular whole, and compared with original connection only depending on male connectors and female connectors of the adjacent piece shells, the connection strength of the underwater pile foundation reinforcing device is greatly improved; and therefore, the stability of the subsequent underwater pile foundation reinforcing device is further improved.
本发明涉及水下桩基加固技术领域,具体说是一种水下桩基加固装置及其水下桩基加固的施工方法;包括多个片壳;多个所述片壳周向拼接形成环形整体的环壳;相邻两个所述片壳接触位置通过阳接头与阴接头沿着竖直方向插接;相邻所述片壳接触位置设置有弧形槽;相邻所述片壳上的弧形槽对应设置;所述弧形槽内滑动连接着弧形齿条;所述片壳内部与弧形槽连通设置有上转槽;所述上转槽内转动连接着转轴;本发明通过弧形齿条被驱动插入相邻的弧形槽,使得多个片壳形成一个环形的整体,相比较原先只依靠相邻片壳的阳接头以及阴接头连接而言,大大提高水下桩基加固装置的连接强度,进而使得后续水下桩基加固装置的稳定性进一步得到提高。
