Construction technology of densely-arranged piles
The invention provides a construction process of densely-arranged piles, which comprises the following steps that a fence is constructed for protection along the periphery of a breakwater in a design drawing, and the breakwater is specifically formed by a plurality of densely-arranged piles; a lifting lug is arranged on the top, piles are bundled on the lower portion, and a plurality of densely-arranged piles are lifted in sequence in the mode that the piles are bundled first and then lifted; pile sinking is carried out according to a forward driving mode until pile sinking of all the densely-arranged piles is completed, and the clear distance between every two adjacent densely-arranged piles is 80-200 mm; a flexible pouring cavity is formed between every two adjacent densely-arranged piles through a rib plate, and in the flexible pouring cavities, cavity pouring between every two adjacent densely-arranged piles is completed through fine aggregate concrete, so that the multiple densely-arranged piles form the integral breakwater wave blocking structure. The method is mainly used for construction of the densely-arranged piles with the small pile distance, and therefore plugging between the adjacent densely-arranged piles is achieved in the mode that the flexible filling cavities are matched with filling of the fine aggregate concrete.
本发明提供了密排桩的施工工艺,包括以下步骤:沿设计图纸中防波提的外周,施工围挡防护,所述防波提具体通过若干个密排桩形成;利用顶部设置吊耳,下部捆桩,以先捆桩再吊桩的方式依次进行若干个密排桩的吊桩;按照顺打方式沉桩直至完成所有密排桩的沉桩,相邻密排桩之间的净距为80‑200mm;相邻所述密排桩之间利用肋板形成柔性灌注腔,于所述柔性灌注腔内,利用细石混凝土完成相邻密排桩之间的空腔灌注,使得若干个密排桩形成整体式的防波堤挡浪结构。本发明中主要用于桩间距较小的密排桩施工,故选用柔性灌注腔配合灌注细石混凝土的方式,实现相邻密排桩之间的封堵。
