The anchorage device comprises an anchor plate, an upper corrugated clamping piece, a carbon fiber plate and a lower corrugated clamping piece, the upper corrugated clamping piece and the lower corrugated clamping piece are each of a wedge-shaped structure, wave crests and wave troughs of corrugations on the corrugated faces of the upper corrugated clamping piece and the lower corrugated clamping piece are tightly attached, and the carbon fiber plate is clamped between the upper corrugated clamping piece and the lower corrugated clamping piece. The upper corrugated clamping piece, the carbon fiber plate and the lower corrugated clamping piece form a whole; the contact surfaces between the upper corrugated clamping piece and the conical hole and between the lower corrugated clamping piece and the conical hole adopt a central arcing design; a taper hole is formed in the anchor plate, the upper corrugated clamping piece and the lower corrugated clamping piece are both arranged in the taper hole in a penetrating mode, and the outer wall of the upper corrugated clamping piece and the outer wall of the lower corrugated clamping piece are both attached to the inner wall of the taper hole.
