The invention belongs to the technical field of electric power overhaul crawling ladders, and particularly relates to an anti-falling and anti-mistaken-climbing crawling ladder which comprises an I-shaped plate, a hollow block and a hoop piece, the hollow block is fixedly installed on the side edge of the I-shaped plate, the hoop piece is installed at the end of the hollow block, U-shaped blocks are fixedly connected to the front face of the I-shaped plate, and the U-shaped blocks are fixedly connected to the front face of the I-shaped plate. The U-shaped block is rotationally connected with a pedal rod through a rotating shaft, lock holes are formed in the periphery of the pedal rod, mistaken climbing prevention locks are fixedly installed on the front face and the back face of the I-shaped plate, and a dismounting and mounting mechanism is connected between the hollow block and the hoop piece. The dismounting and mounting mechanism comprises a rectangular through groove, an insertion block, a storage groove and a placement groove, by arranging the hoop piece, the whole I-shaped plate can be better mounted with the power pole, and the stability after mounting is higher; and in cooperation with the dismounting and mounting mechanism, when the ladder stand needs to be dismounted, the hoop piece does not need to be dismounted, then rapid mounting in the later period is facilitated, and physical strength can be saved through step-by-step dismounting and mounting.
