The invention provides a novel over-monorail crane air door device which comprises a roadway, an air door mechanism and a hanger rail mechanism are arranged in the roadway, the air door mechanism is movably installed in the roadway, and the hanger rail mechanism is installed in the roadway and connected with part of structures in the air door mechanism; the air door construction procedure is greatly simplified, installation is convenient and rapid, the air door construction cost is greatly reduced, the air control effect of the improved air door is better, and the effective air volume of a mine is increased; opening and closing control adjustment is conducted on the air door mechanism through the hanger rail mechanism, that is, a servo motor drives a winding roller to wind a first connecting rope and a second connecting rope, the first connecting rope and the second connecting rope are conveyed through a plurality of sets of guide wheels, winding is prevented, and then a hanger rail is linked to open and close the small window plate; and the small window plate is reset through a first telescopic cylinder, a second telescopic cylinder and a spring, so that effective control and adjustment are facilitated.
