The invention discloses a polymer waterproof coiled material, which comprises a substrate layer and a protective layer adhered to the surface of the substrate layer, the substrate layer comprises the following components by weight: 50-60 parts of polyurethane, 10-20 parts of fly ash, 3-7 parts of fatty glyceride, 3-5 parts of polypropylene, 0.1-0.5 part of an antifoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of a stabilizer, and 0.1-0.5 part of a plasticizer; the protective layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40 to 50 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 8 to 12 parts of fly ash, 4 to 5 parts of austenite powder, 2 to 3 parts of water glass and 0.8 to 1.0 part of antioxidant. The invention also provides a production method of the polymer waterproof coiled material. According to the waterproof coiled material prepared by adopting the formula and the method disclosed by the invention, the anti-permeation performance of the coiled material can be well improved, and meanwhile, the anti-aging performance of the coiled material is also greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种高分子防水卷材,包括基质层和粘黏在所述基质层表面的防护层,所述基质层包括以下重量份的组分:聚氨酯50‑60份,粉煤灰10‑20份,脂肪酸甘油酯3‑7份,聚丙烯3‑5份,消泡剂0.1‑0.5份、稳定剂0.1‑0.5份、增塑剂0.1‑0.5份;所述防护层包括以下重量份的组分:聚氯乙烯40‑50份,粉煤灰8‑12份,奥长石粉4‑5份,水玻璃2‑3份,抗氧化剂0.8‑1.0份。本发明还提供了一种高分子防水卷材的生产方法。采用本发明配方和方法制备的防水卷材能够很好地提高卷材的防渗透性能,同时卷材的抗老化性能也得到了大大的提升。
