The invention discloses a foaming agent for preparing a porous building material by carbonizing steel slag micropowder and application of the foaming agent, and relates to the technical field of building material admixtures. The additive comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1-20 parts of aluminum powder and 80-99 parts of ammonium bicarbonate. The invention also provides a method for preparing a porous building material by carbonizing steel slag micro-powder by using the foaming agent, which comprises the following steps: magnetically separating the steel slag micro-powder, adding water into the steel slag micro-powder and other raw materials of the porous building material, and stirring to prepare a microsphere material; uniformly mixing a foaming agent with the microsphere material, and carrying out pressure molding to prepare a premixed material; and putting the premixed material into a reaction container, introducing carbon dioxide, and maintaining specific carbon dioxide pressure and reaction parameters to obtain a finished product of the steel slag micro-powder porous building material. According to the foaming agent, the pore structure of the porous building material is effectively adjusted, uniform distribution is achieved, the pore diameter is stable, the specific surface area and porosity of the building material are increased, more surface reaction areas and medium channels are provided, and the mechanical property and the light weight and permeability of the porous material are improved.
本发明公开了一种用于钢渣微粉碳化制备多孔建材的发泡剂及其应用,涉及建筑材料外加剂技术领域;其原料按质量份数包括铝粉1‑20份、碳酸氢铵80‑99份。本发明还提供了利用上述发泡剂进行钢渣微粉碳化制备多孔建材的方法,将钢渣微粉进行磁选,与其他多孔建材的原料加水搅拌制成微球料;再将发泡剂与微球材料混合均匀,压力成型制成预混物料;将预混物料放入反应容器中,通入二氧化碳,维持特定二氧化碳压力和反应参数,得到钢渣微粉多孔建材成品。本发明的发泡剂有效调节了多孔建材孔隙结构、均匀分布和孔径稳定,增加建材比表面积和孔隙率,提供更多表面反应区域和介质通道,提升了力学性能和多孔材料的轻量化、通透性能。
