The invention relates to a cement composite material with excellent cracking resistance and breaking strength for mortar, which is prepared by the following steps: firstly, preparing hydrophilic polymer polyester resin with a special toughness structure by using components including triethylene glycol, dodecanedioic acid, polypropylene glycol, 2-naphthylamine-1, 5-disulfonic acid, 1, 4-butanediol-sodium sulfonate, citric acid and triethanolamine; and fully mixing the mixture with cement clinker, gypsum, blast furnace slag, coal gangue powder and the like, and grinding. The prepared cement product contains the organic polymer polyester resin capable of being hydrated and dispersed, and finally, a mortar material prepared from the cement product is excellent in anti-cracking performance and high in breaking strength which is far better than that of common cement; the cement mortar can be used in the field of cement mortar materials with high requirements on cracking resistance and breaking strength.
本发明涉及一种抗开裂、抗折强度优的砂浆用水泥复合料,其首先使用包括三甘醇、十二烷二酸、聚丙二醇、2‑萘胺‑1,5‑二磺酸、1,4‑丁二醇‑2‑磺酸钠、柠檬酸、三乙醇胺在内的组分制备特殊韧性结构、亲水性高分子聚酯树脂,然后将其与水泥熟料、石膏、高炉矿渣及煤矸石粉等充分混合、磨粉制得。本发明制备的水泥产品中含有可以水化分散的有机高分子聚酯树脂,最终使用本发明水泥产品制备出的砂浆材料不仅抗开裂性能出色,而且抗折强度高,远优于普通的水泥,可以用于对抗开裂及抗折强度要求较高的水泥砂浆材料领域使用。
