The invention relates to a method for preparing a water-permeable asphalt mixture by using sludge incineration ash. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing the used broken stones into the required graded broken stones according to the grading, then uniformly pre-mixing the preheated sludge incineration ash, the fine sand, the graded broken stones and the calcium powder according to the proportion, finally adding the asphalt, and fully and uniformly stirring at high temperature by using an asphalt mixture stirrer to obtain the water-permeable asphalt mixture. Starting from the components and characteristics of the sludge incineration ash, the volcanic ash effect base activity and micro-aggregate characteristics of the sludge incineration ash are fully utilized, the preparation cost of the water-permeable asphalt pavement is reduced, meanwhile, resource utilization of the sludge incineration ash is achieved, and good technical and economic benefits and environmental benefits are achieved.
本发明涉及一种利用污泥焚烧灰渣配制透水性沥青混合料的方法。首先将所用的碎石按级配混合成所需级配碎石,再将预热的污泥焚烧灰渣、细沙、级配碎石、钙粉按比例预先混合均匀,最后加入沥青,在高温下以沥青混合料搅拌机充分搅拌均匀,即可得到透水性沥青混合料。本发明从污泥焚烧灰渣本身的组分和特性出发,充分利用其火山灰效应基化活性和微集料特性,在降低透水性沥青路面制备成本的同时,实现污泥焚烧灰渣的资源化利用,具有良好的技术经济效益和环境效益。
