The transverse support is arranged between the two longitudinal standing molds; the area defined by the longitudinal standing formworks and the transverse standing formworks can be used for pouring ballast bed concrete. The steel reinforcement framework is connected to at least one of the longitudinal standing formworks, the transverse standing formworks and the transverse supports. The rail bearing table is connected to the top face of the transverse support. The method can solve the problems that when an existing ballastless track plate structure is constructed, the work amount of sleeper interval arrangement, on-site steel bar bundling and formwork splicing and dismantling is large, the work time is long, and the skylight period is likely to be exceeded, so that lines in a maintenance area cannot be operated on time, and economic losses are caused.
