The invention provides a multifunctional track transferring and laying method. A transferring trolley is adopted. The laying method comprises the following steps: step 1, transferring a transfer trolley to a heading machine track behind a heading machine trolley along a locomotive track; secondly, a lifting driving piece is started, and the movable end of the track laying device moves downwards; thirdly, the horizontal driving part is controlled, so that the movable end of the track laying device is opened, and the movable end of the track laying device is moved to the position below the heading machine track; fourthly, a horizontal driving piece and a lifting driving piece are controlled, so that the movable end of the track laying device is closed and moves upwards to the position above the chassis, and finally the heading machine track is placed on the top of the chassis; 5, controlling the hoisting device to rotate, and hoisting the construction supporting materials of the heading machine; the dismounting step is opposite to the laying step. 本发明提供了一种多功能轨道转运铺设方法,采用转运小车;铺设步骤包括:步骤一、将转运小车沿机车轨道形式至掘进机台车后方的掘进机轨道处;步骤二、启动升降驱动件,使轨道铺设装置的活动端向下移动;步骤三、再控制水平驱动件,使轨道铺设装置的活动端张开,并使得轨道铺设装置的活动端移动至掘进机轨道的下方;步骤四、控制水平驱动件和升降驱动件,使轨道铺设装置的活动端闭合并向上移动至底盘的上方,最终将掘进机轨道放置于底盘的顶部;步骤五、控制起吊装置回转,对掘进机施工配套物资进行吊运;拆卸步骤与铺设步骤相反。本发明产生了提高轨道转运铺设的效率及施工安全性并降低了施工的劳动强度和成本的效果。
