The in-situ pouring replacement method comprises the steps that the damaged position of the elastic supporting block sleeve shoe is determined; the fasteners, corresponding to the peripheries of the elastic supporting blocks, of the damaged sleeve shoes are detached; the steel rails are lifted by a preset height, and meanwhile the corresponding elastic supporting blocks are lifted; taking out or removing the damaged and invalid sleeve shoe, and fixing an elastic cushion plate and an elastic cushion strip at the bottom of the elastic supporting block; the steel rails and the supporting blocks are descended in place, and the fasteners are installed again and fine adjustment is carried out; and a sleeve shoe pouring auxiliary tool is installed, a liquid sleeve shoe material is injected into a cavity formed between the supporting block and the ballast bed through the sleeve shoe pouring auxiliary tool, and after the material is solidified to form a sleeve shoe again, the sleeve shoe pouring auxiliary tool is dismantled. By means of the technical scheme, the construction organization is optimized, the construction efficiency is improved, the problem that according to a traditional method, the number of skylight procedures is large, the procedure connection time is long, and consequently the overall replacement efficiency is low is solved, and the boot repairing quality of the elastic supporting block is guaranteed.
