Inverted asphalt concrete pavement structure of stone cutting section
The invention discloses an inverted asphalt concrete pavement structure of a stone cutting section, and relates to the field of pavement construction. Based on the structural design thought of strong foundation, thin surface and stable soil foundation, the pavement structure of the stone cutting section is designed, the characteristics of high strength and large rebound modulus of the stone roadbed are fully utilized, and the flexible base layer with relatively small rebound modulus is laid between the asphalt layer and the stone roadbed layer, so that the pavement structure of the stone cutting section is formed. The inverted pavement structure is formed between the asphalt surface layer with large rebound modulus and the stone road bed, so that the stone excavation volume of the stone cutting section can be reduced, resources are saved, the manufacturing cost is reduced, reflection cracks are reduced, reasonable stress of the pavement structure can be ensured, and the service life of the pavement is prolonged. Meanwhile, a reasonable drainage system is arranged, road surface water and accumulated water at the position of the underground graded broken stone hardcore can be drained in time, the influence of water temperature on the stability of the pavement structure is reduced, the fatigue damage resistance of the pavement structure is improved, and therefore the service life of the pavement is further prolonged.
本发明公开一种石质路堑段倒装式沥青混凝土路面结构,涉及路面施工领域。本发明基于“强基、薄面、稳土基”的结构设计思想,对石质路堑段路面结构进行设计,充分利用了石质路床强度高、回弹模量大的特性,在沥青层与石质路床层之间铺设回弹模量相对较小的柔性基层,使之处于回弹模量较大的沥青面层与石质路床之间,形成倒装式路面结构,不但能降低石质路堑段石方开挖量,节约资源,降低造价,而且减少了反射裂缝的发生,可保证路面结构受力合理,从而延长路面使用寿命。同时设置了合理的排水系统,可及时将路表水以及地下级配碎石垫层处的积水排出,减少水温对路面结构稳定性的影响,提高路面结构抗疲劳破坏能力,从而进一步延长路面使用寿命。
