本发明提供了可浮运式预制承台模板的海上风电基础结构及施工方法,包括在岸上预制的混凝土模板,所述混凝土模板底部设有底模,所述底模的顶部连接有侧模,所述底模与侧模围设形成空腔,所述底模内竖向贯通开设至空腔内的连接孔,所述连接孔用于后期与海上风机桩基础连接,所述连接孔内设置可拆装的临时密封结构,所述侧模顶面高度高于其在海水中的吃水线高度。本发明可浮运式预制承台模板的海上风电基础结构相比于现有分期施工的方式,减去了施工时原有一期混凝土养护龄期,缩短工期。通过使用预制混凝土模板,不仅可以节省支模和拆模时间,而且还可以标准化大量生产、减少施工过程中混凝土等材料的浪费。
