The invention discloses an adjustable steering device for a bulldozer, which comprises a steering system for controlling the steering action of the bulldozer and adjusting the steering angle of a steering wheel according to a steering instruction input by an operator; the torque feedback device feeds back torque information to a driver when the bulldozer steers; the absolute value encoder is connected with the steering gear through a stay wire and is used for determining the absolute position and angle of the steering wheel; the bulldozer controller receives input signals from the absolute value encoder and the torque feedback device, processes the input signals according to a preset steering curve, determines a steering angle and then sends information to the steering system, and the steering method of the bulldozer controller comprises the following steps that S1, information is obtained; s2, data processing; s3, generating a control signal; s4, steering torque adjustment; and S5, angle adjustment and stabilization. The steering torque and the steering angle can be adjusted to change the advancing path of the bulldozer, so that the bulldozer can flexibly meet the requirements of different construction sites and people.
