The invention discloses a combined fastening connecting piece and a rapid assembling method thereof.The combined fastening connecting piece is used for rapid assembling and fixing of H-shaped steel beam structure connecting joints and comprises clamping assemblies symmetrically distributed in longitudinal steel beam grooves, friction assemblies and sliding assemblies, and the friction assemblies and the sliding assemblies are installed in the clamping assemblies; the clamping assembly is rapidly fixed into a groove of a longitudinal steel beam through the friction assembly, the outer end face of the sliding assembly is detachably connected with symmetrically-distributed rotating pins, the outer side of the other end of each rotating pin is connected with a connecting assembly, a fixing pin is arranged at one end of each connecting assembly, and the other end of each fixing pin is connected with the clamping assembly. The sliding assembly drives one end of the connecting assembly to rotate around the central axis of the fixing pin while moving in the extending direction of the longitudinal steel beam, the connecting assembly drives the transverse steel beam to rotate in the rotating process, and the angle value alpha between the transverse steel beam and the longitudinal steel beam at the connecting joint of the H-shaped steel beam structure is adjusted.
