The invention discloses a concrete hardened floor structure and a construction method thereof, and the concrete hardened floor structure comprises a cast-in-place concrete floor slab which is coated with a cement paste layer; the first modified styrene-butadiene emulsion is sprayed on the cement paste layer to form a thin paste sealing layer, and the first modified styrene-butadiene emulsion is composed of a calcium sulphoaluminate expanding agent, styrene-butadiene emulsion, fine sand, cement and water; the concrete surface layer is poured on the thin slurry sealing layer; the second modified styrene-butadiene emulsion is sprayed on the concrete surface layer to form a flexible protection layer, and the second modified styrene-butadiene emulsion is composed of a calcium sulphoaluminate expanding agent, styrene-butadiene emulsion and water. According to the invention, the problem that the concrete floor is still cracked due to the fact that shrinkage of mortar cannot be compensated well when the concrete floor is treated by adopting styrene-butadiene emulsion is solved.
