本发明涉及建筑施工,特别是一种大跨度弧形梁钢筋弧度控制装置及其施工方法。包括定位连接杆,定位连接杆为直杆结构,所述定位连接杆上可拆卸连接有多个螺杆,螺杆垂直于定位连接杆,每根螺杆上安装有结构相同的内弧度控制机构和外弧度控制机构;所述内弧度控制机构包括箱体、驱动电机、驱动丝杆和卡爪组件,箱体套装在螺杆上,箱体顶板的内侧面安装有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴安装驱动丝杆,驱动丝杆与螺杆啮合,卡爪组件安装在箱体的底部,卡爪组件包括倒U形的卡爪。本发明避免了梁钢筋在混凝土浇筑过程中发生位置偏移造成钢筋保护层厚度不合格的问题,解决弧形梁钢筋绑扎定位困难、控制难度大、施工质量差的问题。
