The invention discloses a construction method for zero-carbon house building wall technological perforation. The construction method comprises the steps that S1, holes are formed in the non-interference positions of a wall; s2, a sleeve with the square or rectangular section is selected, a breathable film is pasted to one end of the sleeve, and a vapor permeable film is pasted to the other end of the sleeve; s3, a square sleeve is fixedly installed in the hole; s4, when a waterproof vapor-proof film or a vapor-permeable film is attached to the wall body structural surface, the third part of the film material on the sleeve is attached to the wall body structural surface, and the film material on the wall body structural surface is in lap joint; s5, after the through-wall component is removed, the casing pipe is plugged, the second part of the membrane material is pasted to the plugging face, meanwhile, the membrane with the corresponding property is pasted to the whole end face of the casing pipe, and a lap joint relation is formed; and S6, when surface layers are constructed on the inner wall and the outer wall of the wall body, the sleeve is covered so as to be consistent with other positions of the wall body. According to the construction method, the process perforation repair and the wall structure construction process are completed synchronously, and follow-up repair is not needed.
