According to the jacking and descending technology based on steel slide way jacking, circulating dragging and changing of vertical loads of the stand column between the steel slide way and the jack are achieved through alternate stress of the steel slide way-finish rolling deformed steel bar suspender system and the jack, gradual descending of the stand column is achieved through slow retraction of a jack oil cylinder, and finally the stand column is lowered to the use height. Therefore, the surplus value of the original skylight frame is utilized, and the use function requirement of transformation can be met.
本发明提出了一种基于钢滑道顶升的顶降技术,通过钢滑道‑精轧螺纹钢吊杆系统和千斤顶交替受力实现立柱竖向荷载在钢滑道和千斤顶二者之间循环拖换,由千斤顶油缸的缓慢收回实现立柱的逐步降低,最终降低至使用高度,从而实现既利用了原有天窗架的剩余价值,又能够满足改造的使用功能要求。
