The invention relates to a split type sliding device for translation of a heavy-load silo and a translation method of the split type sliding device. A sliding groove is laid in a lower track beam; the sliding box is installed on the sliding groove and can slide along the sliding groove. The vertical jacking jack is mounted in the sliding box; after the sliding box is pulled to the jacking point position below the silo wall, the vertical jacking jack and the vertical load control box are connected; the vertical load control box is started, jacking and underpinning of the silo are completed, and the temporary support is dismantled; mounting and connecting a steel bar horizontal traction jack and a traction load control box; the horizontal traction device is connected with an anchoring block at the end of the sliding box through a connecting steel bar, and the connecting steel bar penetrates through a concrete counter-force pier and then is anchored to a horizontal traction jack. And the traction load control box is started to realize translation of the silo. A limiting device is arranged between the sliding box and the sliding groove, so that the heavy-load silo is prevented from generating large deflection in the translation process. Connecting screw anchoring blocks are arranged in front of and behind the sliding boxes, so that a plurality of sliding boxes can be connected in series on the same sliding track. The single-point supporting sliding box and the light-weight matched sliding rail are adopted, field implementation with small installation space is facilitated, the friction coefficient is small, the translation traction force is reduced, and the translation construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种重载筒仓平移用分体式滑移装置及其平移方法,是在下轨道梁上铺设滑槽;滑箱安装在滑槽上且能沿着滑槽滑动;竖向顶升千斤顶安装在滑箱内;牵引滑箱至筒仓壁下方顶升点位置后,连接竖向顶升千斤顶和竖向荷载控制箱;启动竖向荷载控制箱,完成筒仓顶升托换并拆除临时支撑;安装连接钢棒水平牵引千斤顶和牵引荷载控制箱;水平牵拉装置通过连接钢棒与滑箱端部的锚固块连接,连接钢棒穿过混凝土反力墩后锚固于水平牵引千斤顶;启动牵引荷载控制箱,实现筒仓平移。滑箱与滑槽之间设置限位装置,避免平移过程中重载筒仓产生较大的偏摆。滑箱前后均设置连接螺杆锚固块,确保在同一滑移轨道上,多个滑箱之间可以串联。本发明采用单点支承滑箱及轻量化配套滑轨,便于安装空间小的现场实施且具有摩擦系数小,减小平移牵引力,提高平移施工效率的特点。
