The invention discloses a detachable supporting device for a lower reverse sealing edge beam and a construction method.The detachable supporting device is used for supporting the part, lower than an upper flange of a steel beam, of a formwork and comprises a supporting rod and two triangular supporting frames used for being arranged on the steel beam at intervals in the width direction; the horizontal edge of the triangular supporting frame is arranged parallel to the length direction, and the vertical edge of the triangular supporting frame is arranged parallel to the height direction and used for being detachably connected to a steel beam. The two horizontal edges are each provided with an adjusting piece which is driven by an adjusting assembly to be adjusted in a lifting mode in the height direction. Clamping parts are arranged on the sides, facing each other in the width direction, of the two adjusting sheets; the supporting rod is arranged parallel to the width direction, and the two ends of the supporting rod in the width direction are connected to the clamping parts of the two adjusting pieces in a sleeving mode correspondingly. The supporting rods are used for abutting against and being attached to the lower end face of the part, lower than the upper flange of the steel beam, of the formwork. According to the method, the accuracy of the size and elevation of the lower reverse sealing edge beam obtained through construction can be improved.
