The invention discloses an electromagnetic lock mechanical opening mechanism which comprises a mechanical lock installed on the outer side face of a cabinet body and penetrating through the cabinet body, a lock shifting piece installed on the inner side face of the cabinet body and connected with the mechanical lock, and a movable rod assembly used for pressing an emergency rod to achieve opening of a lock nose assembly. In the unlocking process of the mechanical lock, the lock poking piece is driven to rotate, the lock poking piece makes contact with the moving rod assembly and pokes the moving rod assembly to move in the width direction of the cabinet body, and the moving rod assembly gradually gets close to the emergency rod till the emergency rod is pressed. The electromagnetic lock in the power-off state is opened by converting rotary motion of the mechanical lock into linear motion of the moving rod assembly, the emergency rod is shifted through the moving rod assembly, the emergency rod enables the lock nose assembly to be separated from the lock body, the problem that a cabinet door cannot be opened due to power failure of the electromagnetic lock is effectively solved, and then mechanical unlocking of the electronic lock under the power-off condition is achieved.
本发明公开了一种电磁锁机械开启机构,包括:安装在柜体外侧面并贯穿柜体的机械锁、安装在柜体内侧面且连接机械锁的锁拨片、用于按压应急杆以实现锁鼻组件打开的移动杆组件,移动杆组件沿柜体宽度方向设置,机械锁开锁过程带动锁拨片转动,锁拨片接触移动杆组件,锁拨片拨动移动杆组件沿柜体的宽度方向运动,移动杆组件逐渐靠近应急杆直至按压应急杆。本发明利用机械锁的旋转运动转换为移动杆组件的直线运动来打开断电状态下电磁锁,通过移动杆组件拨动应急杆,应急杆让锁鼻组件脱离锁本体,有效解决了电磁锁断电无法打开柜门的问题,进而实现了断电情况下机械开启电子锁。
