The pile hole squeezing and expanding drilling tool comprises a drill rod, a drill bit, a connecting base, a cutting block and a pouring pipe, the two ends of the pouring pipe are closed, a slurry outlet communicated with the interior of the pouring pipe is formed in the lower end of the pouring pipe, and the drill rod and the drill bit are coaxially provided with mounting holes for mounting the pouring pipe. A slurry inlet communicated with the interior is formed in the upper end of the pouring pipe; the driving unit is used for driving the pouring pipe to move upwards, enabling the grout outlet hole to be communicated with the pouring opening and driving the two cutting blocks to move towards the outside of the drill bit at the same time. The cutting block penetrates out of the drill bit, so that when the drill bit completes drilling of the pile hole and is lifted upwards, the cutting block can cut threads on the hole wall of the pile hole, a concrete pile body formed after concrete pouring is provided with external threads, the contact area between the concrete pile body and the hole wall of the pile hole is increased, and the counter force of a soil body on the concrete pile body is increased; in addition, when a pile hole is drilled, the cutting block can retract into the drill bit, and resistance during drilling is reduced.
