Resonant frequency-based rock-filled roadbed rapid compaction construction technology
The invention discloses a rock-filled roadbed rapid compaction construction process based on resonant frequency, which comprises the following steps: (1) selecting a section of roadbed from a rock-filled roadbed to be compacted as a test object, carrying out vibration monitoring on a vibrating wheel on the test object through a field frequency sweep test, and determining a sensitive frequency interval of the roadbed; (2) selecting a plurality of frequency values in the sensitive frequency interval, and arranging the frequency values from small to large; then the roadbed is rolled under the frequency values, porosity detection is carried out after rolling of each frequency is finished, and each frequency and the corresponding roadbed porosity are recorded and recorded as a reference group; (3) selecting another section of roadbed from the to-be-compacted rock-filled roadbed as a test object, rolling the roadbed for the first time, detecting the porosity and the dynamic deformation modulus after rolling for the first time, and recording the porosity and the dynamic deformation modulus as A1 and B1; and so on, until the porosity of the roadbed reaches or is superior to a required value. Rapid construction of the rock-filled roadbed is achieved, and the construction efficiency is remarkably improved while good construction quality is ensured.
