The invention discloses an ultrathin full-shading roller shutter fabric and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a base cloth fabric; s2, carrying out yarn loosening prevention treatment on the prepared base cloth fabric; s3, adopting a hot rolling method to carry out thinning and hole sealing treatment on the fabric base cloth subjected to the yarn loosening prevention treatment; s4, selecting a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) ultrathin black film as a middle interlayer, and respectively compounding two pieces of fabric subjected to thinning and hole sealing treatment on two surfaces of the TPU ultrathin black film to prepare a semi-finished product of the compound roller shutter fabric; and S5, performing re-setting and cold pressing treatment on the semi-finished product of the composite roller shutter fabric to finally obtain a finished product of the ultra-thin full-shading roller shutter fabric. By the adoption of the scheme, the 100% full-shading effect can be achieved, the thickness of the fabric is only one third of that of a conventional fabric, and therefore the fabric can be applied to scenes with certain specific requirements.
本发明公开了一种超薄级全遮光卷帘面料及其制造方法，包括如下步骤：S1、制备基布面料；S2、对制得的基布面料进行防散丝处理；S3、采用热轧法对防散丝处理后的面料基布进行薄化封孔处理；S4、选用TPU超薄黑膜为中间夹层，将两块经过薄化封孔处理后的分别复合在所述TPU超薄黑膜的两面，制得复合型卷帘面料半成品；S5、对复合型卷帘面料半成品进行复定及冷压处理，最终得到超薄级全遮光卷帘面料成品。采用本方案不仅能够实现100％全遮光效果，且面料厚度仅仅为常规面料厚度的三分之一，从而可以满足一些特定要求的场景应用。
