The invention relates to a curing agent for an original-state shield muck roadbed material, the roadbed material and a preparation method of the roadbed material. The curing agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 60-92% of an alkali-activated cementing material, 1-12% of stone powder, 5-18% of gypsum and 1-10% of an additive, the use amount of the curing agent accounts for 1%-15% of the mass of the roadbed material; the invention further discloses a preparation method of the shield muck solidified roadbed material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing and stirring the curing agent and the shield muck, and then paving and backfilling; after the shield muck roadbed material is cured, the 3d strength exceeds 1.5 MPa, the 7d strength exceeds 3.0 MPa, and the curing strength of the shield muck roadbed material is more than three times that of cement with the same mixing amount. The curing agent is low in mixing amount, high in curing strength, low in curing cost and wide in application scene, and shield muck can be treated and recycled on a large scale.
