The invention relates to a manufacturing process of an edible ceramic vessel, which sequentially comprises the following manufacturing steps: preparing raw materials of a green body, ball-milling the raw materials, aging slurry, spray-drying to prepare powder, aging powder, pressing and forming the powder, firing the green body, inspecting a finished product, and packaging and warehousing. The method is characterized in that the green body is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 48%-50% of waste base plates, 8%-12% of potassium feldspar, 15%-20% of kaolin, 10%-12% of black mud and 8%-10% of black talc. According to the invention, the waste base plate of a ceramic enterprise is used as a main raw material and is scientifically and reasonably matched with the potassium feldspar, the kaolin, the black mud and the black talc commonly used by the ceramic enterprise, and the edible ceramic ware with a relatively high additional value is manufactured by adopting the existing production equipment, so that the comprehensive utilization of the waste base plate is realized, and meanwhile, the economic benefits of the enterprise are improved.
