The invention discloses a method for determining the optimal spraying opportunity of integration of a prime coat and a seal coat of a road. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a semi-rigid base mixture according to design requirements, and laying a semi-rigid base; respectively preparing a prime coat material and a seal coat material according to design requirements, and laying a prime coat and a seal coat; preparing an asphalt lower surface layer mixture according to design requirements and paving an asphalt lower surface layer; the method comprises the following steps: preparing a shear test piece on a semi-rigid base asphalt pavement formed by combining and spreading a permeable layer and a sealing layer at different spreading opportunities, respectively carrying out shear tests, and carrying out multi-stage verification on shear test results, so as to determine the optimal spreading opportunity for integrating the permeable layer and the sealing layer of the road. The optimal distribution opportunity combination of the prime coat and the seal coat can be accurately formulated, the construction efficiency is improved, and the maintenance cost is reduced; the determined distribution opportunity combination of the prime coat and the seal coat does not cause cracking of the semi-rigid base layer, and the interlayer adhesion between the semi-rigid base layer and the asphalt lower surface layer is firm enough, so that the service life of the road is prolonged.
