According to the invention, the polyester glass fabric is additionally arranged between the surface layer and the base layer of the concrete pavement, the polyester glass fabric is utilized to effectively eliminate the stress concentration at the joint of the pavement or cracks, reduce the expansion and upward reflection of the cracks in the pavement, delay the generation of reflection cracks and prolong the service life of the pavement, so that the repair and maintenance cost is greatly reduced; in addition, the polyester glass fiber cloth can also bear high-temperature construction of the modified asphalt concrete, a continuous and non-deformable waterproof layer is provided for the pavement, moisture permeation is effectively prevented, and damage to the pavement layer and the base layer caused by moisture permeation is avoided.
