CMCA ultrathin wearing layer pavement and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a CMCA ultrathin wearing layer pavement and a construction method thereof. The CMCA ultrathin wearing layer pavement comprises a crack grouting treatment layer, a high-strength bonding layer and a CMCA mixture layer from bottom to top. A high-strength bonding layer material is evenly sprayed on the original road surface subjected to disease treatment, and the spraying amount is 0.3-0.6 kg/m < 2 >; after the surface of the high-strength bonding layer is dried, a CMCA mixture layer with the thickness of 1.5-2.5 cm is uniformly paved; and opening traffic after the surface of the CMCA mixture is dried. Compared with an existing cold-mixing and cold-paving ultrathin overlay maintenance technology, the technology has the advantages that the skid resistance of a wearing layer is greatly improved, the service life of the wearing layer is greatly prolonged, meanwhile, the bonding strength is also remarkably improved, the problems of falling, peeling, skid resistance attenuation, crack reflection and the like of existing cold-mixing and cold-paving ultrathin overlay large stone materials are effectively solved, and the service life of the cold-mixing and cold-paving ultrathin overlay is prolonged. Meanwhile, the high-viscosity and high-elasticity ultrathin hot overlay has the advantages of long service life, high bonding strength, good water damage resistance and the like.
