The invention discloses a cement stabilized macadam base grouting reinforcing material which is excellent in performance and high in slurry stone strength. The fluidity of the grouting material is obviously superior to that of a commercially available grouting material, and the grouting material has better construction performance. On-site coring verification and comparison of detection results before and after grouting show that the reinforcing effect is remarkable. According to the grouting reinforcement construction technology for the cement stabilized macadam base, the grouting efficiency can be effectively improved through secondary grouting, and the grouting reinforcement effect of the base is guaranteed. The defects and diseases of the base layer mainly comprise loose upper water stable gravel layer and void lower water stable layer; loosening and disengaging the upper water stable gravel layer and disengaging the bottom of the lower water stable layer; and the upper water stable gravel layer is loosened and void, and the lower water stable layer is loosened and void at the bottom of the layer. The two-time grouting process can fully consolidate a loose interlayer of an upper water-stable layer and can also fill void holes of a lower water-stable layer, a better grouting reinforcement effect can be obtained, and the structural strength of the pavement is improved.
本发明公开了水泥稳定碎石基层注浆补强材料,其性能优良,浆液结石强度较高。流动度较市面上在售的注浆材料有明显优势,具有更好的施工性能。通过现场取芯验证和对比注浆前后检测结果表明补强效果显著。本发明的水泥稳定碎石基层注浆补强施工工艺,二次注浆可有效提高注浆效率,保证基层注浆补强效果。基层缺陷缺陷病害主要包括上水稳碎石层松散+下水稳层脱空;上水稳碎石层松散和脱空+下水稳层层底脱空;上水稳碎石层松散和脱空+下水稳层松散和层底脱空3种形式。这种2次注浆工艺能充分固结上水稳层的松散夹层,又能填满下水稳层脱空空洞,可获得更好的注浆补强效果,提高的路面结构强度。
