The invention belongs to an earth and rockfill dam building technology, and provides an optimal design method for the mechanical property of an anti-seepage wall and the safety performance of an anti-seepage joint of a concrete faced rockfill dam, which comprises the following steps: 1) on the basis of a traditional anti-seepage wall, an auxiliary anti-seepage wall is additionally arranged behind the traditional anti-seepage wall in the horizontal direction, and the traditional anti-seepage wall structure is used as a main anti-seepage wall; and (2) water stop copper sheets with waterproof characteristics are arranged in weak areas at the tops of the left bank and the right bank of the main diaphragm wall and are used for resisting the risk of leakage caused by wall top tension cracking. And (3) inverted trapezoidal asphalt concrete is arranged on the lower portions of the concrete connecting plate and the concrete toe board and used for enhancing the anti-seepage safety margin of the anti-seepage connector. The auxiliary anti-seepage wall bears the friction dragging effect of foundation deformation on the wall body, and the risk that the top of the main anti-seepage wall is pulled to crack is effectively reduced; meanwhile, due to the arrangement and control design of the water stop copper sheet, the clay blanket and the asphalt concrete, the anti-seepage performance of the anti-seepage connector can be enhanced in multiple directions, and the safety performance of seepage control and leakage prevention of the concrete faced rockfill dam anti-seepage system on the deep and thick covering layer is remarkably improved.
本发明属于土石坝建筑技术,提供一种面板坝防渗墙力学性态及防渗接头安全性能优化设计方法,步骤包括:1)在传统防渗墙的基础上,沿水平方向,在其后方增设辅防渗墙,此处传统防渗墙结构作为主防渗墙。2)在主防渗墙的左岸和右岸顶部薄弱区均设置具有防水特性的止水铜片,用于抵抗墙顶受拉开裂诱发渗漏的风险。3)在混凝土连接板和混凝土趾板下部设置倒梯形沥青混凝土,用于增强防渗接头抗渗安全裕度。本发明提出的辅防渗墙承担地基变形对墙体的摩擦拖拽作用,有效降低主防渗墙顶部受拉开裂的风险;同时,止水铜片、粘土铺盖及沥青混凝土的布控设计,可实现防渗接头抗渗性能的多向增强,显著提升了深厚覆盖层上面板坝防渗体系控渗防漏的安全性能。
