The invention relates to a groove construction method for an ultra-deep composite anti-seepage curtain wall. Comprising the steps that joint boxes (1) are machined through an excitation or pre-drilling technology, every two joint boxes (1) are used in pairs as a group, the construction distance between the two joint boxes (1) in each group is consistent with the width of an impermeable membrane (4), the implantation depth of the joint boxes (1) is larger than the laying depth of the membrane, and the construction perpendicularity is larger than 1/250; grooving equipment (2) is erected and started; the cutting part is made to cut the soil downwards along the joint box (1), so that the grooving action is carried out until the designed depth is reached; and when the designed depth is reached, the cutting part of the grooving equipment (2) is withdrawn, and grooving is completed. According to the method, grooving is conducted by cutting the soil body through the rope saw, the width of the groove section is only slightly larger than the width of the thin film, the construction depth can exceed 30 m, and the construction perpendicularity is kept to exceed 1/250, so that the groove forming precision and depth are greatly improved, and the depth and perpendicularity of the impermeable film are guaranteed.
本发明是一种用于超深复合防渗幕墙的沟槽建造方法;包括采用激振或者预钻孔工艺加工接头箱(1),接头箱(1)每两个为一组成对使用,每组两个接头箱(1)之间的施工间距同防渗膜(4)的宽度一致,接头箱(1)的植入深度大于膜的铺设深度,并且施工垂直度大于1/250;架设并启动开槽设备(2);使其切割部沿着接头箱(1)而向下切割土壤,从而实施成槽动作并直至达到设计深度;当到达设计深度后,开槽设备(2)收回其切割部,开槽完成。本发明采用绳锯切割土体的方式开槽,槽段宽度仅略大于薄膜宽其施工深度能够超过30m且保持施工垂直度超过1/250,如此,大大提升了槽体开设的精度、深度,并且保证了防渗膜的深度和垂直度。
