The invention discloses a butt-joint device for multi-butt-joint-port latticed shell block construction and a construction method thereof.The butt-joint device comprises a fixed clamping plate and lifting lug plates on the two sides, the fixed clamping plate is provided with inserting grooves where the lifting lug plates are inserted in a matched mode, and first fixing pieces are arranged between the fixed clamping plate and the lifting lug plates; a transverse adjusting piece, a longitudinal adjusting piece and an elevation adjusting piece I which are perpendicular to one another are arranged on the fixed clamping plate. During construction, firstly, the latticed shell blocks are integrally assembled, other structures except the overhanging box beam are welded, the overhanging box beam is connected with the lifting lug plates of the two box beams through the fixing clamping plates and fixed at the same time, and then when the whole latticed shell blocks are lifted to the installation position, the overhanging box beam is fixed to the lifting lug plates of the two box beams through the fixing clamping plates. The overhanging box beam and the installed box beam are also connected and pre-tightened through the fixing clamping plate; and finally, fine adjustment is carried out until no obvious misalignment exists at the butt joint positions of the two sections of the box girder, and then locking is carried out. The method solves the problems of misalignment of the curved surface reticulated shell block hoisting box girder and investment of a large number of supporting systems, and improves the construction efficiency.
本发明公开了一种多对接口网壳分块施工的对接装置及其施工方法,对接装置包括固定夹板以及两侧的吊耳板,固定夹板上开设有与所述吊耳板配合插入的插槽,固定夹板和所述吊耳板之间设置有固定件一,固定夹板上设置有方向相互垂直的横向调节件、纵向调节件和标高调节件一。在施工时首先将网壳分块整体拼装完成,除悬挑箱型梁外,其余结构进行焊接,悬挑箱型梁则采用固定夹板与两根箱形梁的吊耳板连接,同时进行固定,之后整个网壳分块起吊至安装位形时,悬挑箱型梁与已安装箱型梁也用固定夹板连接并预紧;最后微调直至箱形梁两段对接位置均无明显错边后锁紧。本发明解决曲面网壳分块吊装箱形梁错边问题及大量支撑体系投入问题,并提高施工效率。
