The invention discloses a geopolymer-based cold-formed thin-walled steel composite column and a bearing capacity calculation method thereof. The composite column comprises two pieces of cold-formed thin-walled C-shaped steel and geopolymer foam concrete filled in a closed cavity enclosed by the two pieces of cold-formed thin-walled C-shaped steel. The bearing capacity calculation method of the combination column comprises the following steps: S1, finite element analysis; s2, performing stiffening rib influence analysis; s3, analyzing an axis compressive strength enhancement coefficient; and S4, comprehensive calculation. The ultimate bearing capacity of the composite column is improved by 1.4 times compared with that of a hollow spliced component, the section shape influence coefficient gamma of the composite column and the axis compressive strength enhancement coefficient omega c of geopolymer foam concrete are introduced into a conventional bearing capacity calculation formula, and the bearing capacity calculation formula is corrected; and the expected calculation result of the bearing capacity of the combination column is more accurate.
本发明公开了一种地聚物基冷弯薄壁型钢组合柱及其承载力计算方法,组合柱包括两个冷弯薄壁C型钢,以及填充在两个冷弯薄壁C型钢所围成的密闭腔体内的地聚物泡沫混凝土。组合柱的承载力计算方法包括以下步骤:S1、有限元分析;S2、加劲肋影响分析;S3、轴心受压强度增强系数分析;S4、综合计算。本发明的组合柱的极限承载力相比于空心拼合构件提高了1.4倍,并将组合柱的截面形状影响系数γ以及地聚物泡沫混凝土的轴心受压强度增强系数ωc引入到常规承载力计算公式中,对承载力计算公式进行修正,使组合柱的承载力预期计算结果更加准确。
