The cement-based prefabricated plate-aluminum alloy combined pipe is characterized in that the cement-based prefabricated plate-aluminum alloy combined pipe (100) is formed by combining a peripheral cement-based splicing pipe (50), an internal aluminum alloy splicing pipe (60) and a self-compacting cement-based grouting material (70) filled between the cement-based splicing pipe (50) and the aluminum alloy splicing pipe (60); the cement-based spliced pipe (50) is fixed on the periphery of the aluminum alloy spliced pipe (60) by a cement-based pre-plate (2) with a reserved mounting hole (1) through a connecting bolt (3) and a positioning pipe (4); the aluminum alloy splicing pipe (60) is formed by combining an aluminum alloy plate (5) and an angle aluminum strip (6), and the aluminum alloy plate (5) and the angle aluminum strip (6) are connected through rivets (7).
