The invention discloses a casting waste recycling method and obtained roasted sand and porous ceramsite, and the casting waste recycling method comprises the following steps: carrying out wet mixing on casting dust and waste chip liquid, and then granulating to form a granular green body; the granular green body and casting waste sand are put into a roasting furnace together to be roasted under the oxygen-enriched condition, the casting waste sand is converted into roasted sand, the granular green body is converted into porous ceramsite, and a roasted product is obtained; and screening and separating the roasted product to obtain the roasted sand and the porous ceramsite. According to the method, energy consumption can be reduced, environmental pollution and recycling are avoided, and the resource utilization rate is increased.
