The high-load desulfurized gypsum calcining device comprises a feeding mechanism, a smashing mechanism, a smashing and drying mechanism, a dust collecting mechanism, a calcining mechanism and a discharging mechanism, a feeding port is formed in the top of the calcining mechanism, a blower nozzle is formed in the bottom of the calcining mechanism, and the feeding port is connected with a discharging port of the dust collecting mechanism; the first partition plate is arranged in the box body and can divide the box body into an upper cavity and a lower cavity, the upper cavity and the lower cavity are used for containing calcined gypsum and conducting secondary drying on the calcined gypsum respectively, and a first feeding hole is further formed in the first partition plate; the drying layer is arranged in the lower cavity, and the air blowing structure is arranged on the outer side of the box body, connected with the air blowing opening and capable of blowing air into the lower cavity so that calcined gypsum can be boiled, turned over and heated in the drying layer. The desulfurized gypsum calcining device is simple in structure, capable of stably calcining gypsum materials, easy to control, short in gypsum material heating time, high in discharging speed and high in yield. Materials flow in the calcining mechanism without an additional stirring device, so that energy is saved.
本发明涉及一种高负荷脱硫石膏煅烧装置,包括上料机构、打碎机构、进行粉碎、烘干机构、收尘机构、煅烧机构和下料机构,煅烧机构顶部设有进料口,底部设有鼓风口,进料口与收尘机构的出料口连接;第一隔板,设置在箱体的内部,能够将箱体分割成上下两个腔室,分别用于盛熟石膏和对熟石膏进行二次烘干,第一隔板上还开设有第一进料孔;烘干层,设置在下腔室的内部,鼓风结构,设置在箱体的外侧,与鼓风口连接,可以朝向下腔室内吹风,以使熟石膏在烘干层沸腾翻滚受热。本发明的脱硫石膏煅烧装置,结构简单,能够使石膏料稳定煅烧,易控制,石膏料受热时间很短,出料快,产量高。在煅烧机构内物料流动无需额外增加搅拌装置,也比较节能。
