The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-carbon-yield carbon/carbon composite material brake disc, which comprises the following steps of: stacking annular porous carbon materials to form a material column, placing the material column in the middle of a gas limiting cylinder, placing the material column in a chemical vapor deposition furnace, and performing chemical vapor deposition densification on the porous carbon materials to obtain a carbon/carbon composite material blank; the carbon/carbon composite material blank is subjected to heat treatment and machining to obtain the carbon/carbon composite material brake disc, and the porous carbon material is selected from a carbon fiber preform or a carbon/carbon porous body; according to the preparation method of the high-carbon-yield carbon/carbon composite material brake disc, the gas limiting cylinders, the gaskets, the inner ring gas limiting plates and the outer ring gas limiting plates are reasonably arranged, so that during chemical vapor deposition, the inner ring gas limiting plates and the outer ring gas limiting plates are not prone to falling off, and the high-carbon-yield carbon/carbon composite material brake disc is not prone to falling off during high-carbon-yield carbon/carbon composite material brake disc production efficiency is greatly improved through the reasonable arrangement of the gas limiting cylinders, the gaskets, the inner ring gas limiting plates and the outer ring gas limiting plates.
