The final product is formed by polishing, re-glazing and firing the unqualified product, the unqualified product does not need to be crushed, the cooling temperature is increased after each time of firing is completed, the product is slowly cooled, and the phenomenon of fragmentation of the product is avoided; according to the degraded blank recycling process, the quality of a final product is improved, and the recycling efficiency of ceramic tile waste is improved.
