The method comprises the following steps: S1, polishing the surface of a ceramic tile, and removing frits, patterns and ground glaze on the surface of the ceramic tile to obtain a degraded blank; s2, ground coat is applied to the surface of the degraded blank; s3, applying a zirconium white medium and firing; s4, applying cover glaze and firing; s5, sequentially carrying out ink jet on the surface glaze and printing a flashing material on the surface glaze; s6, applying a frit layer on the flash material and firing; s7, carrying out vacuum plating on the surface of the sintered product; and S8, a final product is obtained after polishing, edge grinding and grading packaging. The final product is formed by polishing, re-glazing and firing the unqualified product, the unqualified product does not need to be crushed, the cooling temperature is increased after each time of firing is completed, the product is slowly cooled, and the phenomenon of fragmentation of the product is avoided; according to the degraded blank recycling process, the quality of a final product is improved, and the recycling efficiency of ceramic tile waste is improved.
