The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of polycarboxylate superplasticizers, and discloses a preparation method of an ester anticorrosive polycarboxylate superplasticizer, which comprises the following steps: adding methoxy polyethylene glycol with N ethylene glycol units (N is an integer greater than or equal to 4 and less than or equal to 98) into a reaction container, adding a catalyst and a stabilizer, then adding an acrylic monomer and the catalyst, and finally adding a water-carrying agent, heating materials in the reaction container through heating equipment, enabling the materials to react for a preset time under the condition of introducing nitrogen, evaporating out the water-carrying agent through a reduced pressure distillation method, obtaining an esterification product, adjusting the pH value to a preset pH value through a dilute alkali solution, adjusting the solid content of the solution to a preset concentration, and carrying out functionalization treatment on the prepared solution, so as to obtain the water-containing esterification product. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, mild in reaction condition and suitable for industrial production, has excellent practicability and wide application prospect, and can meet actual requirements of different projects.
