The invention discloses a triangular assembly type highway steel bridge which is formed by assembling trusses, a bridge deck system and flat longitudinal joints. Each basic truss piece is formed by connecting a single standard truss piece or two standard truss pieces through bolts, each standard truss piece is a basic unit composed of chord members, vertical web members and diagonal web members, the chord members are made of double-channel steel, and the vertical web members and the diagonal web members are made of rectangular steel pipes or I-shaped steel. The basic truss pieces are connected through bolts to form the truss. The horizontal supports are connected with the chord member gusset plates through bolts, the vertical supports are fixed on the vertical web members through bolts to form a stable whole, and the horizontal supports and the vertical supports are made of channel steel. The cross beams are transversely located on cross beam base plates at the tops of chord members, the cross beams are longitudinally fixed to vertical web members through bolts, wind-resistant pull rods are connected with the ends of the cross beams through bolts, a plurality of bridge deck slabs are flatly laid at the tops of the cross beams and fixed to the cross beams through bolts, and finally the trusses, the bridge deck system and the longitudinal beams form a whole and are jointly stressed. The standard truss piece is light in weight and fast in assembly and combination, and can effectively solve the problem of emergency traffic protection of highway bridges with different spans.
